We all know it – children’s parties are a nightmare to organise, and an even
worse nightmare to clear up afterwards. Lots of mess and lots of stress!
So why not let the YMCA organise your child’s birthday party?
Booking
Choose the party you require, call the childcare department to make the booking. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
Number of Children
We can have up to 30 children at each party. If you have more then 30 children attending each additional 5 will be charged at £10.
Party Planner
All parties include 1 hour of activity and ½ hour in the party room for food. You can provide the children with food and drink of your choice. We provide a microwave, sink, kettle, tables and chairs. We do not staff the food part of the party.
Extra services
• If you would like food and drink supplied we will charge £2.50 per child, Please enquire about food choices.
• We also provide party bags for each child we will charge £2.00 per child.
• If you would like a Birthday Cake we would charge an extra £20.00, this serves 40 slices.
Extra
If you would like a party from the list below and would like to add another theme to it i.e. you want a bouncy castle party and would like some arts and crafts an extra £20 would be charged.
