Are you up for the challenge?

We have launched a programme of challenges into the Gym, starting with a Fit Test challenge. This comprises of tracking how many repetitions of a given exercise are completed in 1 minute, there are 6 exercises to complete including:

· Sit-ups

· Press ups

· Step ups

· Triceps dips

Members can decide to do all 6 or just pick the ones most suited to their needs. All exercises can be completed by people new to exercise or those at a more advanced stage of their training.
