Facilities and Benefits

As a resident of Romford YMCA you are classed as a member, which entitles you
to use the gym and sports facilities as well as classes. There is a small charge
for some of the activities, however those residents registered unemployed get
free use of the gym.

As well as the membership benefits Romford YMCA Housing department operates
a residents programme including trips, activities and residential trips. Details
of these activities can be found on notice boards or in the housing office.

Romford YMCA housing team consists of a team of support workers that work with
residents on a variety of issues. If support is needed by the resident in order
for them to develop or maintain their accommodation then a support worker is
at hand to help.

Also in the housing team there are two administrators to help
with benefit enquiries and rent enquiries.
