Welcome to the Community Health & Wellbeing Department
The community health and wellbeing department provide exactly what it says on the tin – we provide fitness and wellbeing programmes to the community, within the community and with the community in the fore front of our minds at all times.
Our facilities cater and are fully inclusive to all.
Many fitness experts and health professionals promote the benefits of exercise and advise us to take part in 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.
