BODYVIVE Bodyvive is the latest class from Body Training Systems. It is primarily aimed at people new to exercise and the more mature exerciser, although it is ideal for everyone. Lasting 55 minutes it has an aerobic component for heart fitness, a resistance section where participants use bands and hand weights of varying resistance for strength and stability and a stretching and mobility section to finish with. What will Bodyvive do for me? • Improve muscular strength and endurance • Increase heart fitness • Improve flexibility and range of movement • Give you better agility and balance • Improve your posture • Reduce risk of bone and joint degeneration • Help you lose weight through elevated calorie consumption
